Pastries and coffee in the morning if you are up early, and award-winning buffet lunch and service from Chelsea’s event catering business.
You will stay fresh and energised with free Latte’s, Cappuccinos, Americanos of Flat White’s courtesy of Grind Coffee, which is the local Coffee Roastery and Bar based in Fulham. They are known as best coffee makers in London.

Networking Events:

Tuesday evening we have pre-event networking drinks gathering at Frankie’s bar next to Stamford Bridge, and we will watch the Champions League semi-final on the screens.

Wednesday and Thursday evenings we have booked some fabulous top London venues for the evening networking events, which means that you do not need to worry about where to go after the conference and exhibition ends. And we will of course broadcast the Champions League semi-final on the big screens within the venue.

Everyone will be in the same place on both evenings to ensure that you will get the optimal results out of your networking and relationship building efforts.

Please note that the availability of free drinks, beers and wine at the evening parties depend on sponsors for the event. We always ensure to have free drinks on arrival to get everyone started, but we cannot guarantee that you will have free drinks throughout the entire evening.
