    Vincent’s proven entrepreneurial track record includes listed company experience in London and New York. He is one of the true original pioneers of internet betting. In 1998, he founded and acted as Chairman and CEO of the first online betting company to list on the London Stock Exchange (AIM).

    Nurturing the company from 125,000 pounds start up to 50M pounds valuation within 18 months.He has been licensed in 8 International Jurisdictions, from 1986 to the present day, including Ireland, U.K., Malta, Isle of Man and a number of USA states. He has created a number of off track, ontrack and online Licensed gaming companies, accepting fixed odds sports betting wagers as well as tote betting.

    He established one of the first marketing companies in Macau to reach the lucrative Asian online soccer bettors and with his American partners US-Off-track LLC they created some of the first online co-mingled betting pools in the world, basing an Amtote spectrum betting system in the Isle of Man, which effectively turned the 4 story office they had there with 96 employees into a racetrack taking bets all over the world having negotiated the picture and betting rights from hundreds of global racetracks.

    Because of his love for horse racing in particular, Vincent is a passionate horse owner and breeder, he has now established his latest online venture, Virtual Software Limited, (T/A Virtual Live Racing “VLR”), again an Isle of Man based company. This company is a designer of bespoke software to develop computer generated Virtual Live Racing products for the international pari mutuel tote market another world first.

    Vincent is Chairman, CEO and the major shareholder in the company which has built 7 Virtual USA racetracks so far and is now completing it’s first International track, based in England. These Virtual Live Racing products are being offered as new betting content to online operators with over 87,000 races a year available to them.
