We will adhere to all federal, health, and state recommendations and requirements, but without hindering the exchange of knowledge and ideas, business meetings and networking that make SBC’s betting and igaming industry events so valuable.

SBC has worked with the venue to introduce crowd control measures that will allow attendees to feel safe and comfortable at all times, and importantly still enjoy the event. Measures include floor markings to indicate space regulations in areas where queues might form, such as:

  • Entrance and registration area
  • Catering areas
  • Outside conference rooms
  • Toilets & washrooms
  • Feature areas

Extra Space between booths, so that even during busy times it is easy to manage physical distancing. Conference room layouts that allow for physical distancing, including:

  • Leaving gaps in seating
  • Chequerboard seating

Larger Stages to allow speakers to distance themselves

  • Eliminating handshakes
  • Extensive signage to reinforce physical distance measures

95% of attendees at SBC Summit North America will pre-register, so we know how many people will attend ahead of the event. This allows us to put in place measures and controls, such as:

  • Combined attendee badge scan and temperature checks at event entrance
  • Implement print your own name badge to lessen physical contact

Hand Sanitiser Stations positioned in key locations throughout the event with regular use encouraged to all attendees. Enhanced cleaning regime focusing on key touchpoints, such as:

  • Catering areas
  • Feature areas
  • Conference rooms
  • Toilets and Washrooms

Increased Exhibitor Stand cleaning

  • Disinfectant provided for exhibitors to clean their stands and exhibits.
  • Increased frequency for the collection and removal of waste bins
FOOD AND BEVERAGE

As part of SBC’s commitment to giving all attendees an all-inclusive VIP experience at SBC Summit North America, delegates receive complimentary breakfasts and lunches. To ensure this is done safely:

  • Food will be served in packaged closed containers – cool bento box style catering
  • Seating and networking areas will also be set up to allow physical distancin

If you are a non-U.S. citizen who is a nonimmigrant (not a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or traveling to the United States on an immigrant visa), you will need to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before you travel by air to the United States from a foreign country. Some categories of noncitizen, nonimmigrants are excepted from this requirement. If you meet the criteria for one of these categories, you will need to fulfill additional requirements to travel by air to the United States.
