Rooms are limited and high demand is expected, so early booking is strongly recommended.
How and when can I collect my badge?

Yes. Substitute delegates are permitted at no additional cost.
All substitution requests must be emailed at least 24 hours before the event and include:
- Original attendee’s name, job title, and email
- Replacement attendee’s name, job title, and email

How do I attend the Affiliate Leaders Awards?
The Affiliate Leaders Awards is a separately ticketed gala dinner and awards ceremony.
Tickets are not included with Affiliate Leaders Summit passes.
