1. WHERE WILL THE CASINOBEATS SUMMIT BE HELD?

The CasinoBeats Summit conference and exhibition will be held at the InterContinental Hotel, Malta. The networking parties which take place on each evening during the event will be hosted at some of Malta’s most iconic venues, including Infinity by Hugo’s and Casino Malta. 2. WHAT IS THE TICKET POLICY IF THE EVENT CAN’T GO AHEAD?

Should the physical event not go ahead for whatever reason, all ticket holders will have the option to either transfer their ticket cost to an alternative event or receive a refund as per our ticketing terms and conditions.

3. IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET?

If you are unable to attend the event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost. For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name, job title and contact email for both the registered and replacement delegates to [email protected].

4. WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE ONLINE DELEGATES?

Yes. All LIVE PASS holders will also have access to the digital platform where they can contact and network with online delegates.

5. CAN I VIEW THE ONLINE PANEL SESSIONS?

Yes. All online panel sessions will be available via the digital platform which all LIVE PASS holders will have access to.

6. WHAT ARE THE ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS?

The official event hotel is the InterContinental Hotel, Malta, where we have special rates for all CasinoBeats Summit Attendees. 7. IS THERE A COST TO ATTEND THE CASINOBEATS SUMMIT?

The LIVE PASS currently costs just €195 (excluding VAT) with our Early Bird Discount rate which expires on 31 May, after this the price is €295 (excluding VAT).

Staying Safe

The safety of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers and colleagues is always the number one priority at SBC Events and all necessary safety measures will be in place at CasinoBeats Summit to ensure we create a safe and comfortable environment. During these exceptional times additional measures may be required and all guidance from the Maltese authorities will be followed at CasinoBeats Summit. The safety measures will be adjusted when necessary, as the situation develops and restrictions and recommendations change. 

1. Face Coverings

All attendees, except those exempt, are required to wear face coverings or masks. This should be worn at all times and in all areas of the event.

2. Physical Distancing

Increased spacing in the conference rooms and exhibit space will be in place , so that you can move safely through the whole venue whilst maintaining a safe distance. Additional signage will be used throughout to communicate safe practices.

3. Hygiene

Hand sanitisers will be readily available throughout the venue.

4. Cleaning

We will maintain the highest standards of cleaning before, during and after the event. Including frequent cleaning of all regularly touched surfaces, seating in conference areas and meeting places.

All catering will be prepacked and the seating areas will have increased spacing.

1. HOW DO I NAVIGATE MY WAY AROUND THE CASINOBEATS SUMMIT?

When you attend the CasinoBeats Summit you arrive at the Lobby Area from where you can access all the different rooms of the event. Each room is clearly signposted and is accessed by clicking on the room.

The rooms include:

Exhibition Hall is where you can visit exhibition booths to meet with the exhibitors and view their products. Once on the exhibitor booths, you will be able to chat and collect information from the exhibitors, including viewing video demonstrations of the latest solutions

Conference Room is where you can listen and view all of the speaker panels and presentations. You can listen and view live or on-demand as all of the sessions are recorded.

Visit the Networking Lounge to interact with your fellow attendees. Here you can have 1-to-1 private chats or enter into group conversations

Product Display is where you can quickly view the latest betting products from the industry’s top suppliers.

Help Desk If you have any queries at any point during the event you can visit the Help Desk located in the main Lobby.

2. WHAT IS THE TECHNOLOGY BEING USED FOR THE CASINOBEATS SUMMIT?

SBC have created a brand new virtual platform with even better user experience than before with robust technology, allowing delegates to network online wherever they are based in the world.

3. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW NETWORKING AT THE CASINOBEATS SUMMIT WORKS?

Networking is a key part of any SBC event and the CasinoBeats Summit is no different. If you are in the Networking Lounge it could not be easier to engage in public or private chats with fellow attendees. With just a couple of clicks you have the option to enter into 1-to-1 conversations or set up group chats to have a wider conversation.

You can also network with exhibitors and sponsors by visiting their booths in the Exhibition Hall. Simply click request information and one of the booth representatives will be along to help you with your enquiry.

4. HOW DOES THE CONFERENCE WORK?

There is a packed conference schedule running all the way through the CasinoBeats Summit, which includes panel sessions taking place both at the physical event and online.

You can view all the conference sessions live or watch them on-demand at a time convenient to you.

5. CAN I SET UP MEETINGS IN ADVANCE?

You will be able to request meetings with exhibitors and sponsors before the event. This will be set up soon.

6. CAN I ATTEND THE EVENT FROM MY TABLET OR PHONE?

Yes, attendees can experience the full event from a tablet or smart-phone/device.

7. WHAT IF I MISS THE LIVE EVENT?

No problem! You will be able to come back to the virtual environment and watch the videos and audio presentations after the event. However, to be able to interact with your peers and sponsors, we recommend attending the live event.

8. HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THE CASINOBEATS SUMMIT?

You can choose between a LIVE PASS granting you access to the live conference and exhibition, all-inclusive networking, and the Game Developer Awards ceremony, or the ONLINE PASS which includes access to the online conference and exhibition.
