1. WHERE WILL THE CASINOBEATS SUMMIT BE HELD?
The CasinoBeats Summit conference and exhibition will be held at the InterContinental Hotel, Malta. The networking parties which take place on each evening during the event will be hosted at some of Malta’s most iconic venues, including Infinity by Hugo’s and Casino Malta. 2. WHAT IS THE TICKET POLICY IF THE EVENT CAN’T GO AHEAD?
Should the physical event not go ahead for whatever reason, all ticket holders will have the option to either transfer their ticket cost to an alternative event or receive a refund as per our ticketing terms and conditions.
3. IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET?
If you are unable to attend the event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost. For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name, job title and contact email for both the registered and replacement delegates to [email protected].
4. WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE ONLINE DELEGATES?
Yes. All LIVE PASS holders will also have access to the digital platform where they can contact and network with online delegates.
5. CAN I VIEW THE ONLINE PANEL SESSIONS?
Yes. All online panel sessions will be available via the digital platform which all LIVE PASS holders will have access to.
6. WHAT ARE THE ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS?
The official event hotel is the InterContinental Hotel, Malta, where we have special rates for all CasinoBeats Summit Attendees. 7. IS THERE A COST TO ATTEND THE CASINOBEATS SUMMIT?
The LIVE PASS currently costs just €195 (excluding VAT) with our Early Bird Discount rate which expires on 31 May, after this the price is €295 (excluding VAT).
