The Betting on Football Awards, the precursor to the SBC Awards, were launched in 2014 to complement the newly launched Betting on Football Conference. The Betting on Football Awards were conceived as an anidote to most other trade awards events.
In 2015 the BOF Awards were held as a standalone event, with a a free to attend evening at the lavish Playboy Casino in Mayfair. Sponsors on the night got their brand at the forefront of the minds of 200+ senior attendees.
