Attendees can pick up their badges ahead of the main event days. By collecting your badge in advance, you’ll be able to breeze through the “fast track” lane on event days and skip the waiting lines.

Beat the rush and save time by collecting your badge in advance at the Broward County Convention Center. Registration desks will be open from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Good to Know

Even if you’ve just landed or come straight from your hotel, badge pickup is quick and hassle-free. With multiple registration stations open, you’ll be checked in and ready to network in minutes.

When collecting your badge, make sure to also grab a copy of the event program or printed floor plan available at the registration desks. It’s the easiest way to get familiar with the schedule and plan your time efficiently.

In addition to displaying your basic details, such as your name, job title, company, and company type, your badge also includes other useful information. On the front, you’ll find the Wi-Fi password for the venue, and on the back, you’ll see instructions on how to download SBC Connect, our official event app.

Minimize waiting time by preparing for the badge pickup process in advance. Find your ticket by searching your email for “Registration Confirmation to SBC Summit Americas 2026.” This email includes your ticket as an attachment. You can scan the QR code on the ticket at the registration desk, and your badge will be printed automatically. To make the process even smoother, locate and label the email beforehand and have it ready when you arrive.

If you can’t locate your registration confirmation email when you arrive at badge pickup, our staff will direct you to a help desk. The team will need your basic information (name, last name, and company name) to find your ticket in the system and print your badge.

Badge Colours:
Badges will be color-coded to help you easily identify key contacts on the busy expo floor. This system is designed to make networking smoother and more efficient. The colours are as follows: Orange – Operators, Purple – Affiliates, Blue – All Other Attendees.
Wristbands and Food Cards: icon
Wristbands and Food Cards:
In addition to your badge, attendees with a VIP Pass, Exhibitor Sponsor Pass, Operator Pass, or Affiliate Pass will receive a wristband and a food card during the badge pickup process. The wristband grants access to all evening networking events, including the Infinity Florida Closing Party, while the food card comes pre-loaded with credit to cover meals in the expo hall during the event.
Event Day Registration
Attendees can collect their badges for SBC Summit Americas 2026 at the registration desks located at the entrance of the Broward County Convention Center. Registration will be open throughout each day to accommodate all schedules. If you already have your badge, you can skip the queue and head straight to the entrance.
