Pragmatic Solutions – Addressing operator challenges with mobile focused solutions

Pragmatic Solutions is sponsoring Betting on Sports 2018, the 3rd edition of the largest international sports and betting trade conference at Olympia London.

Ahead of the 18-21 September event, we asked CEO Keith Camilleri to disclose some of the firm’s plans for #boscon2018 and to pick out the sporting event he would most like to attend.

SBC: What are you looking forward to at Betting on Sports?

KC: For us at Pragmatic Solutions this is a not to miss event. We opted to attend because of the high level of the exhibitors and speakers attending Betting on Sports. This is an optimal setting to meet key people from the igaming industry and the perfect setting to enhance business opportunities.

SBC: What are you promoting at Betting on Sports?

KC: After working in the industry for a number of years, we understood the challenges faced by operators, so we decided to build a platform based on new technology which addresses these same challenges. After doing this successfully, we are now ready to give the operators the tool they’ve been wanting. We will be promoting our two main products, our fully API based platform as well as our regulated white label solution.

SBC: Which sports betting company has impressed you the most in 2018?

KC: What’s key to this industry is innovation. I look up to those companies doing their utmost to keep up with what the industry needs. A company which stood out this year is MoPlay because they put all their efforts in the mobile betting app, a similar focus we have when it comes to our platform.

SBC: What sports betting partnership has stood out in the past 12 months?

KC: Undoubtedly the best betting partnership was that of GVC confirming a $200m US sports partnership with MGM Resorts as it was a secure deal to start entering the huge US market which has recently been legalised.

SBC: If you could attend one sporting event, what would it be?

KC: I am both a sailing enthusiast and a basketball fan. I wouldn’t mind having NBA seasonal tickets to watch some American basketball. It was my childhood dream.
