The Canadian Gaming Summit (CGS) is Canada’s premier annual conference and exhibition for Gaming and Sports Betting senior executives from across Canada and beyond. The 28th edition of the renowned industry event will be proudly produced by SBC in collaboration with the Canadian Gaming Association (CGA) and various industry stakeholders.

The Canadian Gaming Summit conference and trade show will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The networking parties that take place each evening during the event will be hosted at some of Toronto’s most iconic venues.

If you are unable to attend the event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost. For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name, job title and contact email for both the registered and replacement delegates to [email protected]

Only Full Event Pass holders have access to the digital platform where they can contact and network with online delegates via SBC Connect. You will gain access to SBC Connect a few days before the event. Please see our Event App information in the section above

This applies only to Full Event Pass holders. All sessions will be available via SBC Connect which all pass holders will have access to on-demand. This access never runs out. If you are unable to attend the event in person, you will be able to purchase an on-demand pass.

Should the physical event not go ahead for whatever reason, all ticket holders will have the option to either transfer their ticket cost to a future SBC event.

The Expo-Only Pass includes: FULL ACCESS to the exhibition floor and surrounding networking areas. 2 days of LIVE industry-leading conference content across all stages and access to areas like cocktail bars, coffee bars, ice cream lounge, smoothie bar etc. It does not include: free breakfast, lunch and hot/cold refreshments; entry to the Tuesday evening Official Opening Party and entry to the Official Canadian Gaming Summit Party on Wednesday night. There is also no access to On-Demand content (online post-event).

The event will take place Tuesday, June 17 to Thursday, June 19, 2025.

Please redirect all lost and found to the Help Desk during the Canadian Gaming Summit Event. This will be the official holding place for all lost items. It is also possible to check at the main reception desk of the Metro Toronto Convention Center also. At the conclusion of the event on Thursday, June 19th, all items not returned to their respective owners will be handed to the Metro Toronto Convention Center Security Team.
