WHERE WILL SBC SUMMIT RIO BE HELD?
The SBC Summit Rio Conference and exhibition will be held at the Windsor Convention & Expo Center, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The networking parties which take place each evening during the event will be hosted at some of Rio de Janeiro’s most iconic venues.

WHAT IS THE TICKET POLICY IF THE EVENT CAN’T GO AHEAD?
Should the physical event not go ahead for whatever reason, all ticket holders will have the option to either transfer their ticket cost to a different event or receive a refund as per our ticketing terms and conditions.

If you are unable to attend the event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost. For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name, job title and contact email for both the registered and replacement delegates to [email protected].

Yes. All online panel sessions will be available via the Event which all “live pass” holders will have access to on-demand. This access never runs out. On-demand access comes with Full Access passes.

ARE THERE COVID-19 MEASURES IN PLACE TO ADHERE TO?
There are no longer COVID-19 restrictions in place during our events, such as social distancing and mask-wearing. We do encourage people wear masks if this is preferred. COVID-19 vaccine certificates are not required to attend any SBC events.
