SBC Summit Rio is Brazil’s largest industry event. Last year’s inaugural edition exceeded all expectations. With a projected attendance of 3,000 attendees and actual numbers surpassing 4,000, the event set a strong precedent for growth. In 2025, the event will move to its new, bigger home at Riocentro, covering an area of 50,000 square meters and hosting over 15,000 delegates.

WHERE WILL SBC SUMMIT RIO BE HELD?
The SBC Summit Rio 2025 in Rio conference and exhibition will be held at Riocentro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The networking parties and dinners which take place on each evening during the event will be hosted in venues in Rio. WHAT IS THE TICKET POLICY IF THE EVENT CAN’T GO AHEAD?
Should the physical event not go ahead for whatever reason, all ticket holders will have the option to either transfer their ticket cost to a different event or receive a refund as per our ticketing terms and conditions.

If you are unable to attend the event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost. For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name, job title and contact email for both the registered and replacement delegates to [email protected].

IS THERE A COST TO ATTEND SBC SUMMIT RIO?
If you are an Affiliate or Operator, and have filled out our forms for affiliates here or for operators here, there is no charge to obtain a Full Event Pass. In order to qualify for the free passes, applicants must qualify. All other attendees must purchase a ticket here.

There are no longer COVID-19 restrictions in place during our events, such as social distancing and mask wearing. We do encourage for people wear masks if this is preferred. COVID-19 vaccine certificates are not required to attend any SBC events.
