SBC Announces Strategic Partnership with IBJR to Champion Responsible Gaming in Brazil SBC has announced a new strategic partnership with the Brazilian Institute for Responsible Gaming (IBJR) ahead of SBC Summit Rio, aligning the event with one of the central voices guiding responsible gaming standards in Brazil. The event will take place from 3–5 March 2026 at Riocentro in Rio de Janeiro, bringing together thousands of delegates, including operators, suppliers, and regulators, to explore the future of Brazil's newly regulated market. The IBJR was founded in 2023, following Brazil’s move to establish a regulated iGaming and sports betting market. The organisation represents Brazil's leading betting companies and is committed to building a betting ecosystem that is fair, sustainable and responsible. Central to its mission is combating the illegal market while championing responsible gambling for players and companies alike. The trade body counts some of the most influential international and Brazilian brands among its members, including bet365, BetMGM, Betsson Group, Entain (Sportingbet), Flutter Brazil (Betnacional and Betfair), Kaizen Gaming (Betano) and KTO, alongside many other leading names.
