Safe Affiliate Programs: The industry needs to take the leading steps in changing customer interaction

With the countdown to CasinoBeats Malta well underway, we’ve been catching up with some of the event’s sponsors to find out what about the event has caught their attention.

Ellen Learmonth, Members’ Delegate at Safe Affiliate Programs, explained that as the industry is adapting the way it approaches customer interaction, #CasinoBeatsMalta panels such as ‘Compliance: The Enemy of Innovation?’ will be key in finding out how operators and suppliers will tackle the issue.

What are you looking forward to at CasinoBeats Malta?

We are looking forward to the opportunity to present all of the programs under the Safe Affiliate Programs brand for the first time ever.

What are you promoting at CasinoBeats Malta?

We are hoping to further push our message of unity amongst individual operators, observing a code conduct in the cooperation with affiliate partners to the benefit of both sides. Sharing events, seminars, exhibition stands, etc. will hopefully prove to be not only economical but exciting, informative and beneficial for all parties.

What industry innovation will capture the most attention in 2020?

Operators who still focus their effort on software rather than mobile development will be left behind with advance mobile technology, and the introduction of 5G networks. For games development, casino games suppliers should look at cloud gaming introduced by Google for inspiration.

Which casino operator has impressed you the most in 2019/2020?

There has been a few that have impressed us, but none that I would want to highlight over the others.

What casino partnership has stood out in the past 12 months?

Still young but first formulated in the summer of 2019 I have to selfishly say, us. We at Safe Affiliate Programs have stood out as we have bucked the trend of mergers & acquisitions to stand strongly together as individual operations collaborating on aspects of affiliate marketing. 🙂

Which parts of the conference agenda have caught your eye?

I really like the topic “Compliance: The Enemy of Innovation?” This will be super interesting. Once again this industry is forced to take the leading steps in changing customer interaction  in marketing to them & selling them services. It will have to find innovative ways to lead this march.
