The contractor portal, accessed via the link above, contains build regulations and logistics, official supplier information, the build schedule, and key deadlines.
If you are the main organiser from an exhibiting company, you will have received an email from our Customer Success team detailing the login process to enter your personalised Event Portal (XpoBay). To access your Event Portal, you will need to create a password and enter with the email address of the user account.
As an exhibitor, it is essential you add your confirmed booth builder as an additional user so they can obtain the relevant information and submit the necessary health & safety paperwork.
If you are a confirmed booth builder, please ensure your client adds you to their portal. If you are creating proposals for potential clients, you can access the Contractor Portal via the link above to obtain all the necessary information you require.
