Airport
From airport to hotel: Follow direction signs for Gozo, keep on main dual hwy. Follow signs to St. Julians. After 3rd tunnel, turn right at traffic light. Next sharp left to roundabout, then right. 12km.
Off-Site Parking:
Upon exiting the hotel, turn left. The car park is within 100 metres.

If I can no longer attend can I transfer my ticket?
If you are unable to attend the event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost. For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name, job title and contact email for both the registered and replacement delegates to [email protected].

Will I have access to the online delegates?
All ticket holders have access to the digital platform where they can contact and network with online delegates via SBC Connect Plus. You will gain access to SBC Connect Plus a few days before the event. Please see our Event App information in the section above.

Please redirect all lost and found to the Help Desk during the CasinoBeats Summit Event. This will be the official holding place for all lost items. It is also possible to check at the main reception desk of the InterContinental also. At the conclusion of the event on Thursday, June 12th, all items not returned to their respective owners will be handed to the InterContinental Malta Security Team.
