Requirement for Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination at NYC Bars and Restaurants
NYC bars and restaurants require proof of at least on dose of COVID-19 vaccination. You will need to provide such proof at the door for our Pre-registration Networking event at 40/40 Club on Tuesday night as well as our Closing Night Party & SBC Awards North America event at The Edison Ballroom on Thursday night. Requirement for Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination for Air Passengers
If you are a non-U.S. citizen who is a nonimmigrant (not a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or traveling to the United States on an immigrant visa), you will need to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before you travel by air to the United States from a foreign country.
Some categories of noncitizen, nonimmigrants are excepted from this requirement. If you meet the criteria for one of these categories, you will need to fulfill additional requirements to travel by air to the United States.
Entry rules in response to coronavirus (COVID-19)
Negative COVID-19 test required for all air passengers coming to the United States.
The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requires all air passengers entering the United States (including U.S. citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents) to present a negative COVID-19 test, taken within three calendar days of departure or proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days. Airlines must confirm the negative test result or proof of recovery for all passengers two years of age and over prior to boarding. Airlines must deny boarding of passengers who do not provide documentation of a negative test or recovery.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors are not required to quarantine after entering the United States.
Details and exceptions
Travelers are recommended to quarantine between 7-10 days after arrival in the United States.
Travelers are recommended to take a COVID-19 test 3-5 days after arriving in the USA.
If the test is negative, it is recommended that travelers quarantine for 7 days.
