The SBC Summit North America conference and trade show will be held at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, NJ. The networking parties which take place on each evening during the event will be hosted at some of New York & New Jersey’s most iconic venues.

Should the physical event not go ahead for whatever reason, all ticket holders will have the option to either transfer their ticket cost to a different event or receive a refund as per our ticketing terms and conditions.

If you are unable to attend the event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost. For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name, job title and contact email for both the registered and replacement delegates to [email protected]

If you cancel your ticket 2 weeks before the event, we offer a ticket transfer to the following year or a full refund as per our ticketing terms and conditions.

Yes. All live pass holders will also have access to SBC Connect Plus where they can contact and network with online delegates via the event app. You will gain access to the event app 5 weeks before the event.

There are no longer COVID-19 restrictions in place during our events, such as social distancing and mask wearing. We do encourage for people wear masks if this is preferred.
