The Exhibitor Manual, available via the link above, includes everything you need to prepare for the event, including build regulations, logistics information, official suppliers, build schedules, and key deadlines.
We understand how much coordination goes into planning and managing an exhibition stand, which is why we created this one-stop guide to support you throughout the process. Whether you are managing your company’s participation, building a stand, or coordinating event logistics, this hub has been created to ensure you can easily access the information and tools required throughout the process.
If you are the main organiser for an exhibiting company, you should have received an email from our Customer Success team with instructions on how to access your personalised Event Portal (XpoBay). To log in, simply create a password using the email address linked to your user account.
Stand builders may access the Exhibitor Manual without a password using the link above. It includes key technical information, operational guidelines, and instructions for submitting the required paperwork once your stand project is approved.
