Receptional shows its intent by adding two new digital experts to its board

Receptional, the Bedfordshire based digital marketing agency, announced two new additions to its Board of Directors.

Joining the board are Jack Rose and Dean Rowland. Jack has taken on the role of Operations Director, overseeing the day-to-day running of the business to support its clients. Dean joins as Business Development Director to oversee new business and marketing to drive growth.

Receptional has continued to grow, despite the ongoing pandemic. The new roles reinforce Receptional’s position in digital marketing and support the agency’s aim of building an excellent team capable of delivering exceptional client results.

Justin Deaville, Receptional’s Managing Director, commented:

“Jack has been a valued member of our team for several years. He has been a keystone of our culture and has contributed enormously to the team’s personal and commercial growth. He is both liked and respected. I’m delighted he has agreed to join the board.”

Justin went on to add:

“I’m excited Dean will be joining Receptional as a Director. He has worked for some of the world’s most successful agencies – OMD, Havas, Publicis, and MullenLowe Group – so he has loads of relevant experience.

He’s going to fit in well with the rest of the team; during the interview process, his commitment to culture stood out. He is creative, yet analytic; ambitious but thoughtful. And his drive matches ours.”

Jack will lead Receptional’s drive for operational excellence. Joining Receptional as an SEO Consultant, Jack concentrated the businesses Sports & Gaming proposition. He has been instrumental in helping the business grow, as well as contributing to the business’ numerous industry awards. Prior to joining Receptional, Jack worked in marketing and project management in the gambling industry and implementation for the John Lewis Partnership.

Dean will ensure the business stays at the forefront of digital marketing. He joins Receptional with a decade of experience in new business and marketing under his belt, working for some of the top independent and network agencies in both local and international roles.

He has been recognised for his achievements: in 2019, he was named as a finalist in ‘Business Developer of the Year’ by The Majors, whilst in 2020 he was put on the ‘The List’ for The BD100 and appeared on the shortlist for the Rising Star award. Dean describes himself as globally minded with a people-first attitude, all whilst focussing on driving growth. Which aligns perfectly with Receptional’s values.

Dean joined Receptional in February and both employees will join the board from 1st April 2021.
