Why have you decided to reschedule now?
Until very recently we were confident that CasinoBeats Malta would still be able to be held, but this weekend Malta confirmed its first cases of COVID-19 and with an increasing number of companies imposing their own international travel ban, it became clear that holding a large scale event of this type would be impossible in the current climate.
So CasinoBeats Malta is now 22-24 June?
Thatโs right. We have carefully examined the international events calendar, discussed the various possible periods with many people, and these dates came out as the best option.
Will this cause any changes to the agenda of the event?
The plan at the moment is that the conference agenda and speakers will just be transferred to the new dates. There will obviously be tweaks, both in content and speaker line-up, but we are confident that it will be recognisably the same event.
What happens if I have purchased a ticket and cannot make the rescheduled date?
Then you will be eligible for a refund or would be able to transfer the ticket to one of the other SBC Events scheduled for this year.

The plan is to go ahead with all the events on the revised dates, but obviously it is a fast moving environment. SBC Events is monitoring the situation as it develops.
