At SBC we want to keep things as simple and easy as possible. We’re living in a time where not everything goes to plan, so if you are no longer able to attend one of our physical events, we’ve got you covered.
If circumstances arise and you are unable to attend, we will offer you a full refund.
We’re happy to offer a full refund if circumstances change and you are unable to attend. Circumstances that apply are:
– The country/state you reside in closes its borders to travel
– The country/state you reside in has enforced an unavoidable quarantine on return from travel
– United States enforce a compulsory quarantine on arrival
– There is a further lockdown phase in the country/state you live in that prevents you from leaving your home except for essential requirements
You must inform us at least 14 days prior to the event (unless stated otherwise at the time of the booking). If you cancel any tickets after this date you will be charged the full amount and a refund will not be given.
Secondly, we also welcome substitute delegates to attend in your place at no additional cost and you are able to transfer your ticket to someone else from the same company.
All requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the relevant event with the name, job title and contact email for both the registered and replacement delegates to [email protected].
