Watchers launches an innovative AI Sports Assistant as a standalone product at SBC Summit Americas

During SBC Summit Americas, Watchers presents a new product—an AI Sports Assistant that can be integrated into any sports website or app and significantly enhance both user experience and the platform’s business metrics.

Watchers, the UK-based startup which provides community-building tools for sports and gaming platforms, has announced the launch of a standalone AI Sports Assistant that provides users with any sports-related information.

Watchers’ AI Sports Assistant allows users to get any stats about tournaments, athletes, games, referees, or sports-related news, all at once, right on a hosted platform. The AI Assistant has a wide contextual memory, being able to keep the dialogue with users, and prioritise their needs.

That product will help Watchers’ clients to increase retention significantly. Their end-users won’t need to leave the platform to find the needed information, because with the AI Sports Assistant, they can learn everything about sports directly.

Watchers already offered MVP of AI Sports Assistant, as part of their community chats, and now launched it as a standalone product. Clients who don’t plan to integrate community chats, or already have their own ones, can use the AI Sports Assistant separately and get the best from the improved contextual memory of the AI assistant and its broader databases. As with all Watchers products, it is fully customisable.

The end-users access it through a button and communicate with it in a private chat. Yana Barden, CEO at Watchers:
“When users leave your platform to look up stats or check how teams from the parallel groups played past games, they can be attracted by anything — from social media to your competitors. We help our clients provide everything users need directly on the platform, so their audience stays longer because just not having reasons to leave.”

All SBC Summit Americas visitors who decide to integrate the Watchers’ AI Sports Assistant into their platform will get a 2-month free trial for the product.

Watchers clients integrating community chat get the AI Sports Assistant as part of the full package. Request a demo here
