Dmitri Bezruchko, Head Of Business Development at 4H Agency, claimed that it was evident that those who optimised their services during the pandemic have ‘reaped the fruits of success’ and have been able to rebound quicker.
Speaking ahead of the second day of the SBC Digital Summit SBC, we caught up with Bezruchko and talked to him about the event, what his company will be promoting and what grabbed his attention most in 2020.
What are you looking forward to at the SBC Digital Summit CIS?
We are very excited to see Boris Baum speak at the event. He’s advising the top government officials in Ukraine, and as a law firm that is following the Ukrainian gambling legalisation process very closely we are looking forward to Boris sharing some of the latest developments with the summit’s audience.
What would be your biggest bit of advice for betting and gaming businesses trying to mitigate the impact of COVID-19?
We think that in general, gaming operators did a pretty good job mitigating the pandemic impact. It has become evident that those who recognised the opportunity in bringing their retail audience online early on and optimised their services for the best customer journey reaped the fruits of success and were able to rebound quicker.
What are you promoting at SBC Digital Summit CIS?
Our CEO Ilya Machavariani and myself are both speaking at the event and in this way we are promoting expertise, knowledge and skills of the team we have at 4H with an expectation to engage those interested in taking their gaming businesses to the next level.
From providing advice on regulations and laws in far off jurisdictions to setting up marketing campaigns, sales opportunities and dealing with operational issues, to assisting in the next phase of your business – we can do it all.
What industry innovation will capture the most attention in 2020?
2020 has proven to be the year that tests all of our best abilities. Esports is definitely an area that’s ripe to bring a lot of innovative solutions to the market. In other respects, companies that increase the social aspect of their gaming offerings would be happy to enjoy additional attention from the sports and gaming community.
Which parts of the conference agenda have caught your eye?
We have to recognise that this edition of the SBC Digital Summit is exceptionally well put! Obviously we are excited for everything in the regulatory landscape as well as the changes brought about by the pandemic — new approaches to marketing, regulations, user experience — all of that sounds incredibly interesting. All that combined with solid networking opportunities makes us shake with excitement for the event!
