SBC Events, both in person and virtual, are always a great chance to meet prominent people of our industry. We are looking forward to it, and we are expecting good participation. In terms of number of attendees and in terms of quality.
What would be your biggest bit of advice for betting and gaming businesses trying to mitigate the impact of COVID-19?
My biggest bit of advice would be to try your best to differentiate your product portfolio. Adding new types of games will give you the possibility to let your customers deal with different options, increasing the chances that they will spend more time on your website.
What are you promoting at SBC Summit Barcelona – Digital?
We are promoting our fully-managed Sportsbook solution. We support operators from all around the World with our award-winning system. We strongly believe in localization, and customization.
What industry innovation will capture the most attention in 2020?
COVID19 slowed down a little bit innovation during 2020 until now. Let’s see what could happen by the end of the year.
Which operator has impressed you the most in 2020?
There are several operators that have impressed positively during the year. Each one of them in different ways.
What partnership has stood out in the past 12 months?
We tried our best to support our business partners during the pandemic. We intensively worked on improving our solution launching our new Sportsbook version. We have as well signed some new interesting partnerships that we will reveal during the last quarter of the year.
Which parts of the conference agenda have caught your eye?
Panels are always an interesting aspect of every expo. It is the possibility to listen to key people in the industry sharing their view about the business. I personally like it a lot.
