What would be your biggest bit of advice for betting and gaming businesses trying to mitigate the impact of COVID-19?
As we are still navigating through the uncertainty regarding sports betting, I would advise businesses to look for ways to promote casino offerings and live casino games and focus on them more as an alternative to sports betting.
What are you promoting at SBC Summit Barcelona – Digital?
Attendees will find almost all gaming and betting solutions at our virtual booth, from Sportsbook (online and land-based solutions) and eSports to LiveCasino software and studio solutions to Poker and slots. We also provide industry-specific services. In a nutshell, we will speak to every attendee and try our best to deliver a tailor-made offer.
What industry innovation will capture the most attention in 2020?
I believe AI-based technology will play a big role in the industry soon. Now a number of providers have begun paying more attention to such technology and some event developed AI-powered solutions. Those help automate and make processes more seamless. In our case it is Hoory, an AI-powered voice assistant.
