As SBC Digital Summit North America begins today, we’ve been catching up with our event sponsors to find out what they’re most looking forward to.

What are you looking forward to at the SBC Digital Summit North America?

I’m thrilled for the networking possibilities and looking forward to the engaging format, as close to a real-life show and conference as possible.

What would be your biggest bit of advice for betting and gaming businesses trying to mitigate the impact of COVID-19?

Keep calm and carry on. To borrow a phrase from my sailor husband, we are all trying to navigate through uncharted waters right now. But, having a set of well thought-out plans and strategies can help you to handle whatever challenge comes next.

What are you promoting at SBC Digital Summit North America?

I think this is a critical time in our industry, and the more information-sharing and working together, the better.

What industry innovation will capture the most attention in 2020?

Online gaming – states that were first movers will shine.
Whomever designs the most customer-friendly method for keeping everyone in a casino safe will be the hero of us all.

Which operator has impressed you the most in 2020?

Wynn Resorts – with their reopening plan, they came out in front of everyone in the industry with bold and decisive leadership and steadiness.
