What are you looking forward to at CasinoBeats Malta Digital 2020?
The last couple of months have disrupted the industry to say the least, starting with the challenges sports betting has faced during the Covid-19 pandemic to new regulations in Sweden. It is going to be very interesting to catch up with the industry and share our different angles and learnings.
What would be your biggest bit of advice for betting and gaming businesses trying to mitigate the impact of COVID-19?
The extreme situation has proved how important it is for an operator to be agile and flexible in not only changing their offering but adapting their strategy.

What industry innovation will capture the most attention in 2020?
Online poker offerings / solutions are taking an interesting turn with land-based poker enthusiasts forced to turn to online platforms during the lockdown and it looks like many of them are here to stay. I am very excited to see how this trend will evolve.
Which operator has impressed you the most in 2020?
I would have to stay cheeky Mr. Vegas, it has caused a huge stir in the industry, even before launching. There will be a lot of spotlight on them in the next couple of months, they definitely have my attention as they didn’t shy away from taking a risk which seems to have paid out.
What partnership has stood out in the past 12 months?
We would have to say our partnership with World Telemedia, iGaming Business and Melodi Media. We have just launched a white paper on Carrier Billing in the iGaming business with our fabulous partners. A must read for any operator!
Which parts of the conference agenda have caught your eye?
This is the first virtual “biggie” we are attending, so the entire format is going to be very interesting. I personally am very keen on the Payment Expert session “Online Casino: Big in Japan?”
