EMIRAT: Why operators must think global and act local

Following a series of regulatory changes in both the East and West African sports betting markets, Frank Herold – Member of the Board at EMIRAT – explained to SBC that he has been most impressed with the operators have been able to adapt their products.

Speaking to SBC Events ahead of SBC Digital – Africa next week, Frank Herold gave his advice on why operators should be thinking globally but acting locally, before explaining why both trust and customer service are the key to success in the gaming industry.
