In the words of Mark Cuban “how companies treat workers during a pandemic could define their brand for decades”. This is what it comes down to, don’t be tempted to slash your employees as your first call to action to save money short term.
Think about what you need to do to retain your employees, to show them that you are there for them to the fullest extent possible. This is long term thinking, with a short term cost.

What industry innovation will capture the most attention in 2020?
Artificial Intelligence in compliance I think is something which the industry desperately needs right now. And there are several companies working on automating the compliance process as much as possible using AI tools.

Parimatch has built such a cool and edgy brand, not only using Conor Mcgregor, but their brand identity in general is top notch
What partnership has stood out in the past 12 months?
The new merger between Evolution Gaming & NetEnt. It can be debated if NetEnt was overvalued, but the fact of the matter is that Evo are now lining themselves up to become the new giant of the industry.
