LOCATION: BT Centre, 81 Newgate St, London EC1A 7AJ
International Paralympic Committee (IPC) President Andrew Parsons, the most powerful person in world Parasport, will join us almost exactly one year after his dramatic election. The session will focus on the evolution of parasport as a commercial proposition. Andrew will be joined by BP’s global director of brand, Duncan Blake – an internationally-respected marketer, who has overseen a recent shift in BP’s sponsorship strategy towards parasport at a time when purpose-driven brand marketing is on the rise.
The Sport Industry Breakfast Club takes place four times a year at The BT Centre, St Paul’s, London. You can book your place for the two remaining events throughout 2018 for £350 + VAT by clicking HERE.
Doors open at 8am for an hour of networking with key representatives from across the UK and European sport industry before the 45 minute panel interview begins. There is then a further opportunity for networking and discussion after the panel ends – all before the proper working day kicks in.
The last event on 22nd May saw David Grevemberg, CEO of Commonwealth Games Federation, discuss the responsibility of the organisation to encourage conversation around important global issues such as human rights, climate change, LGBTQ rights and gender equality, rather than try to hide them.
