Neosurf: The innovation of a simple user experience

In the multi-dynamic world of the modern betting space, simplicity is key to delivering a socially responsible and effective user experience.

The informal approach, quality attendees, great panel discussions and even though I am a football supporter the venue is good too:).

How are you preparing for the upcoming World Cup?

Preparation will exist in the retail stores that are allowed to promote.

What industry innovation will capture the most attention in the next 12 months? 

The simplest user experience that delivers what is required for social responsibility and KYC sharing and traceability whilst maintaining good conversions for the right players. 

What core challenges do you help solve for your customers/partners? 

Regulation and user experience = Conversions.

What are you hoping to learn from the conference at Betting on Sports Europe?

We’re always interested in seeing what other operators and vendors are doing in a World Cup year. A particular focus for us is always learning about operators’ mobile and front-end needs and how we can support their strategies.
