Pay360 – Operators must comply with KYC and AML requirements

Compliance has been at the forefront of the payment industry, and with a market such as the US beginning to liberalize, it is incredibly important to ensure that companies are complying with KYC and AML requirements.

With only eight days to go until Betting on Sports America, we have been chatting with our event sponsors to find out what they are most looking forward to. What are you promoting at Betting on Sports America?

Pay360 provides a risk management platform to (1) maximize player numbers, (2) more easily adhere to compliance requirements and (3) help address bonus abuse and problem gambling.  

We have considerable knowledge and expertise in this space helping customers improve the on-boarding experience, gain access to the most popular payment methods, and more easily comply with KYC and AML requirements.

What sports betting partnership has stood out in the past 12 months?

Certainly our partnership with SBC over the past year has provided us with additional market access and brand awareness.  We have other partnerships like Sigma in Malta which have helped

If you could attend one sporting event, what would it be?

There are many I would like to attend but probably the Super Bowl – it’s become quite the show.

#bosamerica will take place from the 23-25 April at New Jersey’s Meadowlands Exposition Center. Some of the industry’s most revered figures will come together to discuss topics such as regulation, marketing and the role of lotteries in the new market.
