A long-time local favourite, this family-run spot specialises in hearty dishes from northern Portugal, with dishes such as arroz de marisco, bacalhau à lagareiro, and rich seafood stews served in generous portions.

We’d be remiss not to mention our very own Food Festival areas at the FIL — we’ve packed in seven zones, each featuring multiple food trucks offering a variety of unique flavours right on the show floor. Whether you’re craving traditional Portuguese favourites, vegan bites, or just hunting down the best coffee around, there’s something for everyone.

Butchers in Parque das Nações

Located just a short walk from the FIL, Butchers is a must-visit for meat enthusiasts and recommended by Time Out Magazine. Highlights include the 35-day dry-aged chuletón, grilled to perfection and served with sweet potato fries or salad. A top pick for meat lovers looking for quality and convenience.

Time Out Market – This iconic food hall brings together some of the city’s top chefs and eateries under one roof. Ideal for groups or indecisive diners, it offers everything from gourmet burgers to traditional Portuguese munch— make sure not to miss a pastel de nata from the famous Manteigaria.
