The panel titled ‘Transforming Omnichannel Strategies for the Modern-Day’ will delve into the latest strategies to modernize traditional brick-and-mortar establishments for the digital age. The panel ‘Transnational Regulatory Convergence: Charting a Course for Unified Legislation’ will explore the feasibility of achieving cross-border, regulatory alignment in Latin America. Expert speakers Juan Camilo Carrasco (Partner, Asensi Abogados), Martin Garcia Santillan (Presidente, Lotería de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (LOTBA)), Carlos Fonseca Sarmiento (CEO, Gaming Law) and panel moderator Karen Sierra-Hughes (Vice President, Latin America Caribbean & Spain, GLI), will analyze regulatory patterns in both established and burgeoning markets and examine the potential collaborative approaches for operators and regulators to navigate legislation harmoniously.
Concluding the conference track is the panel titled “Advancing Safe Gaming: The Role of Technological Innovation.” This session will highlight the pivotal role that technology can play in promoting safe gambling initiatives.
