CasinoBeats Malta Digital is only five days away, and companies such as Swintt have already given us a sneak peak of their digital booth ahead of the event.
Chatting to David Mann, Swintt’s Business Development Director, he revealed that they plan to promote their classic land-based and more recent online games at the event, and looks forward to networking with some of the industry’s biggest names.
What are you looking forward to at CasinoBeats Malta Digital 2020?
This will be Swintt’s first time exhibiting in the digital world, so it will be something new for us but we are looking forward to showcasing our products and catching up with our partners and friends in the industry once again.
Our recent activity on LinkedIn has shown a lot of people like the look of our digital booth so i’m looking forward to chatting to some friendly avatars!
What would be your biggest bit of advice for betting and gaming businesses trying to mitigate the impact of COVID-19?
Trust in your employees to be able to work remotely and ensure that everybody feels safe back at the office once everyone is set to return.
What are you promoting at CasinoBeats Malta Digital?
We have a strong and varied product suite, but I believe given the focus on Malta at this event, our localised land-based content is going to be most interesting for attendees.
We want to make sure our partners, both existing and future, are well equipped with the right games and products to flourish in their chosen markets, and our selection of classic land-based games we have recently brought online for the first time are proving to be very desirable for anyone targeting growth markets, especially in Europe.
What industry innovation will capture the most attention in 2020?
Gamification has been a hot topic for a while now but it remains a crucial focus for operators and providers alike in delivering innovations, enhancing player experiences and helping products stand apart from the crowd.
Our CEO David Flynn will be on the Gamification panel at CBMD and will have plenty to say on the topic as we shortly begin the roll out of our SwinttGamify promotional product.
Which operator has impressed you the most in 2020?
I have to say that given the circumstances around Covid-19 and the pressures it has inflicted onto many businesses, I’m glad to see so many operators being able to react positively and responsibly for their staff and ensure everyone is safe and able to work remotely.
What partnership has stood out in the past 12 months?
I’m proud that we’ve managed to sign some of the biggest names in the industry before Swintt’s first birthday which are giving us a very exciting start to our second year. Watch this space as we have plenty more in the pipeline!
Which parts of the conference agenda have caught your eye?
There are some really interesting sessions in the agenda, the Leaders panels should give some good reflection on the last few months’ impact on the industry and how it looks to pan out moving forward.
