With a week to go until some of the industry’s key figures come together for the CasinoBeats Malta Digital event, we’ve been having a chat with some of our event sponsors to find out what they’re planning to showcase at the event.
Martina Hrabinska, CCO of SYNOT Games, told us that CasinoBeats Malta Digital will allow them to promote their new online slot games which were developed earlier this year.
What are you looking forward to at CasinoBeats Malta Digital 2020?
I am excited to exhibit for the first time at a digital expo. I find the solution from Casino Beats very attractive and for the first time all of my colleagues can be part of it and not just a small group who is usually travelling for events 🙂 So looking forward to this new experience!
What would be your biggest bit of advice for betting and gaming businesses trying to mitigate the impact of COVID-19?
We as SYNOT Group are online and also land-based and when this crisis hit our land-based operation we tried to allocate our developers from the land-based into an online project which was very successful. But I guess it depends on your resources and offering of your company. The biggest advice will be to try to allocate people for online projects instead of losing them 🙂
What are you promoting at CasinoBeats Malta Digital?
We are promoting our new online slot games which we develop in the first half of year 2020. And also our future development so our current and future clients will know what to expect from cooperation with us.
What industry innovation will capture the most attention in 2020?
I guess new retention tools on the market. For providers just to develop games is not enough anymore, especially if you want to have a stable position on the market and to interest the players. The competition is huge and we need to stand out.
Which operator has impressed you the most in 2020?
Hmm it depends on the market – for the Czech market for example, it would have to be the operator Sazka with their innovative marketing approach. I really like to cooperate with them for example but we have many more innovative operators in our portfolio. It is hard to choose 🙂
What partnership has stood out in the past 12 months?
So far I would say our partnership with isoftbet which I find very organized and adaptable to changes. But many new partnerships are coming this year so we will see who will surprise us.
Which parts of the conference agenda have caught your eye?
I am always curious about regulation topics as in this industry you need to be always prepared for some changes there.
