Triggy AB – Sports betting partnerships are fundamental in the US market

SBC’s Betting On Sports America is only a couple of weeks away. We have been catching up with our sponsors for the event, and in a chat with Triggy AB, we discussed new sports betting partnerships in the US and the promotion of their new product Triggy.

Triggy AB’s co-founder, Björn Nilsson, spoke to us about how he believed the most prominent sports betting partnership in the US was Paddy Power Betfair’s acquisition of FanDuel.

What are you looking forward to at Betting on Sports America?

We want to showcase our product, Triggy, to operators in the US. To be able to meet the executives in one venue like this is ideal to us.

What are you promoting at Betting on Sports America?

We are promoting our product Triggy. It combines live-score/scoreboard with in-play betting. It is a tool for betting stimulation as well as acquisition and it will assist American bettors in shifting focus to in-play betting.

What sports betting partnership has stood out in the past 12 months?

Paddy Power Betfairs acquisition of FanDuel. Very smart move that has already proved successful. Not surprised at all.

If you could attend one sporting event, what would it be?

Without a doubt – Masters

#bosamerica, taking place from 23-25 April, is set to host 175 leading industry speakers across 40 sessions, with 60 exhibitors displaying their latest products at the Meadowlands Exposition Center.

Delegates will be treated to world class hospitality with plenty of business and networking opportunities in New Jersey (Meadowlands Racetrack) and New York (40/40 Club and Sky Room Rooftop Bar).
