Red Tiger – Major changes on the horizon

The road to SBC’s Casino Beats Summit 2019 continues, and with four days to go, we caught up with event sponsor Red Tiger

We sat down with their Commercial Director, Chris Looney, who told SBC about Red Tiger’s product developments.

What are you looking forward to at CasinoBeats Summit?

CasinoBeats is an event that is growing exponentially and has proven very valuable to Red Tiger in previous years. It provides a great opportunity to network with industry peers in a perfectly sized venue. The panel sessions provide a good platform to discuss hot topics and hear opinions from those we wouldn’t usually get the chance to speak to.

What are you promoting at CasinoBeats Summit?

As always we have a number of game and product developments to discuss with existing and prospective customers. Regulated markets are high on our agenda, as is our Network Daily Jackpot which has grown considerably since launching in April this year.

What industry innovation will capture the most attention in 2019?

From a casino point of view, I think most attention will be directed towards the perceived lack of innovation. In the face of increased regulation and product saturation there is real focus on this. It feels that now, more than ever, there could be a major change on the horizon from suppliers and operators.

Which casino operator has impressed you the most in 2019?

Grand Casino Baden in Switzerland. Amongst arduous regulation they took a huge risk in selecting an in-house casino platform solution and ended up beating the competition to be first to market. Chapeau!

What casino partnership has stood out in the past 12 months?

Red Tiger and Net Ent of course.

If you could attend one sporting event, what would it be?

‘Le Tour de France!’

Which parts of the conference agenda have caught your eye?

I’m always intrigued to hear from operators (they are our customers after all), and how they are tackling the likes of regulation, cross sell, UX etc. I’ll be attending any session that offers the operators viewpoint on these topics.

The CasinoBeats Summit is running alongside the wider Betting on Sports Week, which takes place from 17 – 20 September at Olympia London.

The conference boasts 75 leading industry speakers across over 25 sessions, with 30 exhibitors displaying their latest products.
