Award winning producer and TV sports presenter Hayley McQueen is to present the SBC Awards 2016 on Wednesday 7th December.
Argyll Entertainment, the company behind the Alan Brazil-branded BetonBrazil sportsbook, has been confirmed as the sponsor of the evening hostess. McQueen, a familiar face to viewers of Sky Sports News HD and Sky Sports’ football coverage, will be opening the evening and presenting all 15 awards at Under the Bridge, the prestigious £20 million club venue built underneath Chelsea FC’s Stamford Bridge in South West London.
With her Twitter tagline of ‘Tackling football in heels’, McQueen is a perfect fit for the awards night which follows on from the successful Betting on Sports conference last month, and features prizes for ‘Best Football Betting Product’, ‘Football Bookmaker of the Year’ and ‘Football Affiliate of the Year’.
McQueen commented: “I’m really excited to be hosting this year’s SBC Awards. The betting industry is such an innovative and exciting space to work in, it’s only right that those who excel are recognised by their peers in this way. The 15 awards for 2016 have been divided into three main categories, with seven innovation-based and seven overall awards. In addition to this, McQueen will be inducting three sports betting community members into the SBC Sports Betting Hall of Fame for their contribution to the industry.
Nominations will be open until October 25, and judged by a panel which includes the CEO’s from Argyll Entertainment, SNAI, LeoVegas, 10bet, 12bet, BetConstruct, Betaland, Fortuna, Marathonbet, Mr Green, Fusioneer, PariMatch, Centric Holdings, Spiffx, Golden Race, Metric Gaming and TXODDS.

Tickets for the SBC Awards 2016 are available for £80 +VAT on www.sbcevents.com. This price covers drinks, food and Under the Bridge club entry from 7:00 pm until the early hours of Thursday morning.
