What are you looking forward to at the SBC Summit Barcelona – Digital?
For Onetouch, this will really be a new experience. Knowing that there are turbulent times still ahead, we are using SBC Digital to learn how to market our games products and ourselves most efficiently.
What would be your biggest bit of advice for betting and gaming businesses trying to mitigate the impact of COVID-19?
It’s a good time to take stock on ongoing projects. Focus on what’s important and assign the resources accordingly.
What are you promoting at SBC Summit Barcelona – Digital?
We are mainly promoting some of our brand new mobile content, like Pips Quest, with a few more hints on what there is to come from Onetouch in the autumn.
What industry innovation will capture the most attention in 2020?
Crazy Time is a perfect example of how you can recycle a few older concepts, add some fresh sauce and make great new games.
Which operator has impressed you the most in 2020?
I would not highlight a single brand, but there are a few good examples, where various sportsbooks showed great resilience and adaptability in keeping the business running during the COVID crisis with e-sports and virtual sports.
What partnership has stood out in the past 12 months?
Watford Football Club Bitcoin sleeve partnership, which was crowdfunded by bitcoin enthusiasts.
