What’s your key objective at this year’s event and what are the main products/services you’ll be promoting?
Our primary objective is to strengthen relationships with existing partners while also exploring new strategic opportunities across emerging markets. We’ll be promoting our latest portfolio of mobile-optimized portrait slot games, which highlight our cutting-edge game design and user experience. In addition, we’re showcasing enhancements to our back-end systems, demonstrating how our technology supports partners in achieving operational efficiency and player engagement.
What would you highlight as the biggest opportunity in the betting and gaming industry over the next couple of years?
The biggest opportunity lies in the continued growth of mobile-first gaming, particularly in regulated markets across Latin America, Asia, and North America. As smartphone usage and internet access expand globally, there’s a rising demand for immersive, mobile-optimized gaming experiences that are fast, engaging, and tailored to user behavior.
What elements of your business do you feel are best placed to take advantage of that opportunity?

What areas of the business should we be looking to for innovation in the next 12 months?
We’re heavily focused on innovation in game mechanics, personalization through AI, and enhanced user engagement via social and interactive features. Additionally, we’re investing in real-time analytics and modular game design to give operators more flexibility and control over content deployment and user experience.
What new technology do you feel will have the biggest impact for stakeholders?
Artificial intelligence and machine learning will have a transformative effect on content personalization, fraud detection, and player behavior analysis. At the same time, blockchain and secure digital identity solutions may bring long-term advantages in terms of transparency and regulatory compliance, particularly in KYC and payment systems.
What core challenges do you help solve for your customers/partners?

Who have you especially enjoyed working with over the past year (partner/client) and why?
Over the past year, we’ve especially enjoyed working with a number of key operators in the Latin American market. These partnerships have allowed us to understand emerging player behaviors and adapt our content more closely to cultural preferences, strengthening our regional presence and product relevance.
Can you tell us more specifically how you worked with that partner and how the relationship is developing?
Through close collaboration on game selection, customized promotional campaigns, and ongoing data analysis, we’ve co-created solutions that resonate with the local player base. The relationship continues to evolve as we expand our portfolio and co-develop exclusive content tailored to regional trends and market demands.
What are you hoping to learn from the conference at SBC Summit and which elements of the agenda will you be focusing on the most?
We’re looking forward to gaining insights into regulatory developments, especially in newly legalized jurisdictions. Additionally, the discussions on mobile gaming trends, retention strategies, and technology innovation are particularly relevant to our roadmap. We’re also keen to explore new partnership opportunities and hear directly from operators about their evolving needs.
