TRAVELLING TO SBC SUMMIT BARCELONA

 

1. Complete a Pre-Travel Declaration (FCS) Form here https://spth.gob.es/

i. Have passport, flight and accommodation details handy
ii. This will generate a document / QR code – print or store on your phone

2. Bring proof of vaccination, both jabs. Document should show two QR codes.

i. NB All AstraZeneca batches are now acceptable in Spain

 

Alternatively, if you have not been double-vaccinated, you need to book and take a PCR-test before travelling.

TRAVELLING TO MALTA

 

Please note: If you have a Maltese issued certificate of vaccination you are exempt from pre-travel testing and self-isolation.

 

Maltese residents or citizens not in possession of a vaccine certificate must obtain prior authorisation from [email protected]. You will be required to provide evidence of a PCR test dated within 72 hours before arrival and quarantine for 14 days on arrival.

 

3. We have a test facility onsite where you can get the Anti-Gen or PCR test done, that you will need to travel back Malta after the event.

 

i. For ease of access SalutLabs will have test facilities in the exhibition hall with your results emailed to you within 24 hours.

iv. When booking, please select WEDNESDAY 22nd of September (TEST TAKEN AT HOME) as your desired testing date and fill in “Fira Internacional de Barcelona” when asked for the location to take the test.

 

v. The test date needs to be within 3 days of your departure / Malta return date so this will cover you.

4. Everyone must complete a Public Health Travel Declaration Form and the online Passenger Locator Form. You must show both forms to airline officials on departure and health officials stationed at the Terminal Temperature Screening Points when you arrive in Malta. The forms should be completed before departure.
