TRAVELLING TO SBC SUMMIT BARCELONA

 

1. Complete a Pre-Travel Declaration (FCS) Form here https://spth.gob.es/

i. Have passport, flight and accommodation details handy
ii. This will generate a document / QR code – print or store on your phone

2. Use the NHS app to generate proof of double vaccination

i. This will generate a document with 2 x QR codes – print or store on your phone
ii. NB All AstraZeneca batches are now acceptable in Spain

 

Alternatively, if you have not been double-vaccinated, you need to book and take a PCR-test before travelling.

TRAVELLING TO THE UK

 

3. We have a test facility onsite where you can get the Anti-Gen or PCR test done, that you will need to travel back to UK after the event.

 

i. For ease of access SalutLabs will have test facilities in the exhibition hall with your results emailed to you within 24 hours.

iii. PCR test €135 euros (€10 euro discount from the original price for SBC Summit attendees, automatically applied by using this link created for your attendees): https://barcelona.salutlabs.com/booking?products=1&lang=en&referral=SBCSUMMIT

 

iv. When booking, please select WEDNESDAY 22nd of September (TEST TAKEN AT HOME) as your desired testing date and fill in “Fira Internacional de Barcelona” when asked for the location to take the test.

 

v. The test date needs to be within 3 days of your departure / UK return date so this will cover you.

4. Postal PCR is fine but must be taken and posted on or before day 2 after arrival for example https://screen4.org/product/amber-country-day-2-self-test/

i. Once your PCR test has been  booked and paid for, you’ll be sent a “Test Package Booking Reference”

ii. You’ll need this for step 5 

5. Complete a Passenger Locator Form here; https://lnkd.in/dh5k_pBj

i. You need to enter the “Test Package Booking Reference” – from step 4

ii. Carry all this with you through departures and arrivals and SBC Summit Barcelona here you come!
