Before you start thinking about upgrades and add-ons, make sure you have SBC Connect downloaded and ready to go.
SBC Summit and Affiliate Leaders Summit each have their own version of SBC Connect, so make sure you select the event you’re attending.
Depending on your pass, the app lets you message fellow attendees and arrange meetings, while keeping the agenda and floor plan close at hand throughout the event.
Meetings take place in the SBC Connect Lounge at CR1 for SBC Summit or the Affiliate Leaders SBC Connect Lounge at F741 for Affiliate Leaders Summit. Find yours on the floor plan.
Crucially, it’s also where you can explore upgrades and add-ons for your event, from ticket upgrades to Super Stage access and beyond.

🎟️ Upgrade Your Ticket
The sports betting and iGaming world moves fast, and things can change quickly. That pace can just as easily affect your priorities and the access you need at the event.
Perhaps you registered as an industry newcomer and opted for the free Expo Pass, planning to focus on exploring the show floor and meeting exhibitors. Since then, you’ve decided you want to dig deeper into the industry, and a Conference Pass would give you that access.

🎤 Super Stage Upgrade
The Super Stage is where SBC Summit’s biggest headline sessions and personalities come together, giving attendees access to high-profile conversations beyond the main conference programme.
This year’s programme will open on Tuesday, 29 September with basketball icon, investor and philanthropist Michael Jordan, joined by Carsten Koerl (Founder and CEO, Sportradar) and Jason Robins (Co-Founder and CEO, DraftKings). The three will take part in a candid conversation exploring how each has helped transform the way billions of people engage with sport.
UFC star Charles Oliveira will also appear in collaboration with SPRIBE and Aviator, discussing everything from his daily routine as a champion to his views on the future of UFC, MMA and the wider sporting landscape.
Conference, Business and VIP Pass holders already have Super Stage access included with their tickets.
If your current pass does not include Super Stage access, or you simply want a better seat, you can upgrade through SBC Connect:
- Super Stage Pass Upgrade — €199. Gives access to all Super Stage sessions.
- Super Stage Golden Circle Pass Upgrade — €499. Includes full Super Stage access, plus a seat in the front few rows for a closer view of the action.
Even if your pass already includes Super Stage access, such as a VIP Pass, you can still purchase the Golden Circle upgrade separately if you want that front-row view.

📝 Add a Tech Academy
SBC Summit’s Tech Academies are designed for delegates who want to go beyond listening to conference sessions and spend more time learning how to actively apply new ideas.
Through a blend of case studies, workshops, live demonstrations, expert Q&As and hands-on exercises, the Academies give attendees a deeper understanding of specialist topics and practical takeaways they can bring back to their own teams.
There are four Tech Academies to choose from:

🎉 Add a Party Pass
This year’s INFINITY Lisbon will bring the curtain down on three days of education, meetings and networking at SBC Summit, with the EDM celebration headlined by none other than Tiësto.
Joining him on the line-up are Dutch duo Blasterjaxx, Mikas, Marc Vedo and KEVU. The event will combine large-scale live production with one final opportunity to reconnect with contacts, continue conversations and round off the week in Lisbon.
The Party Pass Upgrade costs €149 and is required for Expo Only and Conference Pass holders. To add it, simply open Upgrades & Add-Ons in SBC Connect, select the Party Pass Upgrade and complete your purchase through the app.
