When and Where Is the Event Taking Place?

SBC Summit 2025 will take place from September 16–18, bringing together the industry for three days of conference sessions, networking, awards, and social gatherings.

The event is hosted across two venues, located right next to each other in Lisbon:

Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL): One of Lisbon’s main conference venues, FIL covers 100,000 m² — about the size of 11 football pitches. It will host the main exhibition floor, with operators, affiliates, suppliers, and other industry players coming together. With 30,000 attendees expected and a dedicated “Food Festival” on-site, there’s plenty of space to meet, explore, and recharge between sessions.

MEO Arena: Just next door, the MEO Arena will host the Super Stage, where keynote speakers, including Gary Vaynerchuk, will share their insights on leadership, innovation, and change. In the evenings, the arena transforms into the setting for the SBC Awards, the new Affiliate Leaders Awards, and The INFINITY Lisbon, featuring performances from Timmy Trumpet and Alok.

How Do I Get to the Venue?

The Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL) is located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon’s modern waterfront district. Whether you’re taking public transport or prefer a ride-share, getting there is simple and hassle-free.

What Are the Opening Hours of the Venue?

Monday, 15 September

Exhibitors can access the venue from 12:00 to 20:00 to check or prepare their stands.

Attendees are also welcome to collect their badges during this time to avoid queues on opening day.

How Do I Register for SBC Summit?

If you’re an operator or affiliate, you can also apply for a complimentary VIP Event Pass.

What’s the Difference Between an Expo Only Pass, an Expo Plus Pass, and a VIP Event Pass?

Expo Only Pass (Free): New for 2025, this free ticket gives you access to the exhibition floor, where you can connect with operators, affiliates, and suppliers at their booths and across the show floor.

Please note: This pass does not include access to conference sessions, evening networking events, or complimentary food. It’s ideal for startups or individuals on a budget looking to explore the industry and make new connections.

Expo Plus Pass (€195): This ticket includes full access to the expo floor, all conference sessions and stages, and on-demand post-event content.

It does not include access to evening networking events or complimentary meals during the day.

VIP Event Pass (€600): Our most comprehensive pass. It includes:

• Full access to the expo floor, all the conference sessions, networking zones, and evening events
• Post-event access to all recorded content
• Complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments are included throughout the event, as each attendee will receive a pre-loaded wristband with €30 to spend per day upon registration.

Are There Group Discounts or Promo Codes Available?

Yes. Group discounts are available for VIP Event Passes.

If you’re purchasing three or more, you’ll receive a €200 discount per ticket, bringing the price down to just €400 each. Perfect for bringing the whole team along.

Are There Special Ticket Offers for Affiliates and Operators?

Yes. Affiliates and operators are eligible for a free VIP Event Pass, which gives you full access to everything the summit has to offer.

Can I Attend Evening Networking Events With an Expo Only or Expo Plus Pass?

Expo Only and Expo Plus Pass holders are welcome to join the networking activities taking place on the expo floor during the day.

However, evening networking events—such as the SBC Summit Opening Party and INFINITY Lisbon—are reserved for VIP Event Pass holders as well as Affiliate and Operator ticket holders. Some dinners are also invite-only.

Can I Transfer My Ticket to Someone Else?

Yes, you can. Please email your request to [email protected]. 

Important: Ticket transfers must be requested at least 24 hours before the event to be processed in time.

What Is the Ticket Policy If the Event Can’t Go Ahead?

If the physical event is unable to take place for any reason, all ticket holders will have the option to either transfer their ticket to a future SBC event or request a refund in line with our official ticketing terms and conditions.

How Do I Get an Invoice for My Ticket Should I Require That?

Just email [email protected] and we’ll send your invoice promptly.

Do I Need to Bring My Printed Ticket to the Event?

No printed ticket is required.

After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address you used during registration. The subject line is:

To speed up badge collection: Scroll to the “Your Registration Details” section of the email and add your ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, so it’s ready when you arrive.

How and When Can I Collect My Badge?

Early Badge Collection (Recommended): To avoid queues, collect your badge at Humberto Delgado Airport from Sunday, September 14. Here’s how to do it:

• Sunday, September 14 – Once you arrive, head straight to badge collection before even leaving the airport. After exiting the Arrivals gate, turn right and follow the event signs to pick up your name badge. Open 09:00-23:00.

• Monday, September 15 – Badge collection is available at the airport from 06:30-23:00.

• Tuesday, September 16 – Badge collection is available at the airport from 06:30-21:00.

• Wednesday, September 17 – Badge collection is available at the airport from 06:30-15:30.

Pre-Registration & Name Badge Collection: You can collect your badge at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa from 12:00 to 20:00 on Monday, the 15th of September.

While early badge collection is encouraged, you can of course collect your badge on the day of the event at the registration desks.

Attending the SBC Leaders Summit on Monday, September 15? You can collect your badge at this event.

Digital Wallet Option: You can add your event pass to your phone’s digital wallet and scan it at our on-site terminals to skip queues entirely and print your badge.

Please note: VIP Event Pass holders will receive a wristband in addition to their badge. This wristband provides €30 per day to spend on food and drink, as well as access to evening networking events.

Wristbands will be distributed at the registration desks.

Don’t forget or lose yours—it’s your key to making the most of the event experience.

What Do the Different Colours on Event Badges Mean?

Our badges are colour-coded to help you easily identify attendees’ COMPANY TYPES and connect with the right people.

Here’s what each colour represents:

• yellow/orange – operators
• purple – affiliates
• blue – all other attendees, including suppliers, regulators, and service providers

Can I Bring a Guest or Colleague With Me?

Only registered pass holders are permitted entry to SBC Summit 2025.

If you’d like a colleague or team member to attend, you have a couple of options:

• Purchase an additional pass through our registration page
• Use our Group Pass Discount – buy three or more VIP Event Passes and pay just €400 per pass (a saving of €200 per ticket).

If you’re an affiliate or operator, you may be eligible for a free VIP Event Pass. Please make sure to register all colleagues at least one week before the event so we can process everything in time. You can do so by submitting a form or reaching out to your dedicated relationship manager.

Important:

• Badges are non-transferable once collected
• Each attendee must register using their own name and email address

What Is the Refund or Cancellation Policy?

Paid Passes

You can request a refund up to 14 working days before the event (unless otherwise specified at booking).

Cancellations after that date are non-refundable.

A small processing fee (up to 3%) may apply to approved refunds.

Free Passes

If you can no longer attend, please let us know as early as possible.

We reserve the right to restrict future registrations from companies with a history of no-shows.

No Shows

If you or your delegates don’t attend without prior notice, this will be treated as a cancellation.

No refunds will be issued for paid passes.

How Do I Attend the SBC Awards?

The SBC Awards is a separately ticketed gala dinner and awards ceremony taking place on the evening of Thursday, 18 September at the MEO Arena. The event celebrates the standout achievements across the iGaming industry.

How to Secure Your Spot:

• VIP, Premium, and Standard Tables: Each table seats 10 guests and includes a red-carpet reception, a three-course dinner, drinks (champagne on arrival, plus wine, beer, and spirits), and branded table signage. Premium and VIP tables come with better positioning and added perks during the reception.

• Individual Tickets: Ideal for solo attendees, this ticket includes the full dining and drinks package.

Please note: The SBC Awards is not included in any SBC Summit pass. Tickets must be purchased separately, even for registered Summit attendees.

How to Purchase: Visit the SBC Awards booking page to choose your table or seat. This is one of our most in-demand events, so early booking is recommended.

I’m Attending the Affiliate Leaders Summit. Can I Attend the Affiliate Leaders Awards?

Yes—but please note that the Affiliate Leaders Awards is a separately ticketed event and is not included with your SBC Summit pass or Affiliate Leaders Summit access.

This ceremony shines a spotlight on the top performers in the affiliate space, celebrating the affiliates, operators, and suppliers that are powering them.

What’s Included With Your Ticket:

• Champagne reception on arrival
• Three-course gala dinner
• Premium drinks throughout the evening
• Networking with affiliate leaders and peers

How Can I Attend the VIP Dinner?

SBC Summit 2025 will host two exclusive, invitation-only VIP dinners, created to bring together senior leaders and key stakeholders for high-level networking in a premium, relaxed setting.

C-Level Operator Dinner and Party

Reserved for C-level operator executives from the casino, iGaming, and sports betting sectors, this dinner offers a rare opportunity for meaningful conversation without the distractions of a busy conference setting.

Carefully curated by our team, the guest list ensures a room full of decision-makers and industry leaders.

Guests will enjoy:

The INFINITY Lisbon is the official closing party of SBC Summit 2025, taking place on the evening of Thursday, 18 September at the MEO Arena.

How to Attend:

To access The INFINITY Lisbon, you must hold one of the following:

• A VIP Event Pass

As the event draws closer, registered attendees will also receive regular agenda updates by email, including session times and stage locations.

The Affiliate Leaders Summit and Payment Expert Summit are separate, dedicated events that take place during SBC Summit 2025. However, no additional registration is required. Your SBC Summit pass gives you access to both summits, and vice versa.

These focused events were created to give two of the industry’s fastest-evolving sectors the attention they deserve, with dedicated expo space, tailored conference content, and targeted networking opportunities.

How Do I Access the Floor Plan?

The SBC Summit 2025 floor plan is available through multiple channels to help you plan your visit and navigate the venue with ease:

• Website Access: View the full floor plan directly on our website, where you can browse all exhibiting brands and plan your route in advance. Floor plan.
• Mobile Access: Download the SBC Connect App to access a digital version of the floor plan—perfect for on-the-go reference during the event (available from 13 August).

To make navigation even easier during the summit, we’ll provide:

• Printed Floor Plan Leaflets, available at registration and info points
• Large-Scale Venue Maps, clearly displayed throughout the exhibition halls

These maps will highlight all key areas, including conference stages, networking zones, meeting rooms, and feature areas, helping you find your way and make the most of your time at the event.

Yes! SBC Summit 2025 will feature its very own Food Festival, with nine zones spread across the venue. Whether you’re after a quick bite, a full meal, or a casual networking spot, there’s something for everyone.

Food Festival 9 – American Barbecue

Smoked brisket, pork ribs, burgers, and all the classic sides—an American BBQ experience done right.

Each food zone includes a dedicated networking area, so you can enjoy great food while meeting new people, catching up with colleagues, or holding informal meetings in a relaxed, social setting.

To streamline the experience, VIP Event Pass holders (including complimentary VIP passes for operators and affiliates) will receive pre-loaded wristbands at registration. These include €30 per day to spend at any of the food zones. This makes meals fast, seamless, and cash-free.

All other attendees can also purchase food on-site using card payments at any of the festival zones.

We’ve made sure that all dietary needs are catered for, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal options clearly marked and available at multiple locations. Additionally, the layout and distribution of food zones have been designed to minimise queues and keep foot traffic flowing smoothly, so you can spend less time waiting and more time enjoying.

Is There a Lost and Found?

Yes. If you find any lost items during the event, please hand them in at the Event Help Desk.

If you’ve misplaced something, you can also check with the Help Desk during the event.

Is There a Cloakroom?

Yes, the cloakroom is located in the Media Centre, next to Pavilion 1. 

Attendees are welcome to leave jackets and bags. No pre-booking is required.

Please note: the cloakroom will close 30 minutes after the event ends. Any uncollected items will be handed over to security and be treated as lost property.

Attendance Restrictions: Please note that SBC Events include activities such as gambling and alcohol consumption, which are not suitable for individuals under 18. You may be asked to present a valid ID before entering the exhibition.
