When and Where Is the Event Taking Place? SBC Summit 2025 will take place from September 16–18, bringing together the industry for three days of conference sessions, networking, awards, and social gatherings. The event is hosted across two venues, located right next to each other in Lisbon: Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL): One of Lisbon’s main conference venues, FIL covers 100,000 m² — about the size of 11 football pitches. Expo Only Pass (Free): New for 2025, this free ticket gives you access to the exhibition floor, where you can connect with operators, affiliates, and suppliers at their booths and across the show floor. Please note: This pass does not include access to conference sessions, evening networking events, or complimentary food. It’s ideal for startups or individuals on a budget looking to explore the industry and make new connections. Expo Plus Pass (€195): This ticket includes full access to the expo floor, all conference sessions and stages, and on-demand post-event content. It does not include access to evening networking events or complimentary meals during the day. VIP Event Pass (€600): Our most comprehensive pass. Expo Only and Expo Plus Pass holders are welcome to join the networking activities taking place on the expo floor during the day. However, evening networking events—such as the SBC Summit Opening Party and INFINITY Lisbon—are reserved for VIP Event Pass holders as well as Affiliate and Operator ticket holders. Please email your request to info@sbcgaming.com. Important: Ticket transfers must be requested at least 24 hours before the event to be processed in time. What Is the Ticket Policy If the Event Can’t Go Ahead? If the physical event is unable to take place for any reason, all ticket holders will have the option to either transfer their ticket to a future SBC event or request a refund in line with our official ticketing terms and conditions. How Do I Get an Invoice for My Ticket Should I Require That? Just email info@sbcgaming.com and we’ll send your invoice promptly. Do I Need to Bring My Printed Ticket to the Event? No printed ticket is required. After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address you used during registration. How and When Can I Collect My Badge? Early Badge Collection (Recommended): To avoid queues, collect your badge at Humberto Delgado Airport from Sunday, September 14. Here’s how to do it: Sunday, September 14 - Once you arrive, head straight to badge collection before even leaving the airport. After exiting the Arrivals gate, turn right and follow the event signs to pick up your name badge. Open 09:00-23:00. Monday, September 15 - Badge collection is available at the airport from 06:30-23:00. Tuesday, September 16 - Badge collection is available at the airport from 06:30-21:00. Wednesday, September 17 - Badge collection is available at the airport from 06:30-15:30. Pre-Registration & Name Badge Collection: You can collect your badge at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa from 12:00 to 20:00 on Monday, the 15th of September. While early badge collection is encouraged, you can of course collect your badge on the day of the event at the registration desks. Attending the SBC Leaders Summit on Monday, September 15? You can collect your badge at this event. Digital Wallet Option: You can add your event pass to your phone's digital wallet and scan it at our on-site terminals to skip queues entirely and print your badge. Please note: VIP Event Pass holders will receive a wristband in addition to their badge. This wristband provides €30 per day to spend on food and drink, as well as access to evening networking events. Wristbands will be distributed at the registration desks. Our badges are colour-coded to help you easily identify attendees' COMPANY TYPES and connect with the right people. Here’s what each colour represents: yellow/orange – operators purple – affiliates blue – all other attendees, including suppliers, regulators, and service providers Can I Bring a Guest or Colleague With Me? Only registered pass holders are permitted entry to SBC Summit 2025. If you’d like a colleague or team member to attend, you have a couple of options: Purchase an additional pass through our registration page Use our Group Pass Discount – buy three or more VIP Event Passes and pay just €400 per pass (a saving of €200 per ticket). If you’re an affiliate or operator, you may be eligible for a free VIP Event Pass. Please make sure to register all colleagues at least one week before the event so we can process everything in time. You can do so by submitting a form or reaching out to your dedicated relationship manager. Important: Badges are non-transferable once collected Each attendee must register using their own name and email address What Is the Refund or Cancellation Policy? Paid Passes You can request a refund up to 14 working days before the event (unless otherwise specified at booking). Cancellations after that date are non-refundable. A small processing fee (up to 3%) may apply to approved refunds. Free Passes If you can no longer attend, please let us know as early as possible. We reserve the right to restrict future registrations from companies with a history of no-shows. No Shows If you or your delegates don’t attend without prior notice, this will be treated as a cancellation. No refunds will be issued for paid passes. The SBC Awards is a separately ticketed gala dinner and awards ceremony taking place on the evening of Thursday, 18 September at the MEO Arena. The event celebrates the standout achievements across the iGaming industry. How to Secure Your Spot: VIP, Premium, and Standard Tables: Each table seats 10 guests and includes a red-carpet reception, a three-course dinner, drinks (champagne on arrival, plus wine, beer, and spirits), and branded table signage. SBC Summit 2025 will take place from September 16–18, bringing together the industry for three days of conference sessions, networking, awards, and social gatherings.

The event is hosted across two venues, located right next to each other in Lisbon:

Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL): One of Lisbon’s main conference venues, FIL covers 100,000 m² — about the size of 11 football pitches. It will host the main exhibition floor, with operators, affiliates, suppliers, and other industry players coming together. With 30,000 attendees expected and a dedicated “Food Festival” on-site, there’s plenty of space to meet, explore, and recharge between sessions.

MEO Arena: Just next door, the MEO Arena will host the Super Stage, where keynote speakers, including Gary Vaynerchuk, will share their insights on leadership, innovation, and change. In the evenings, the arena transforms into the setting for the SBC Awards, the new Affiliate Leaders Awards, and The INFINITY Lisbon, featuring performances from Timmy Trumpet and Alok.

Please note: This pass does not include access to conference sessions, evening networking events, or complimentary food. It’s ideal for startups or individuals on a budget looking to explore the industry and make new connections.

Expo Plus Pass (€195): This ticket includes full access to the expo floor, all conference sessions and stages, and on-demand post-event content.

It does not include access to evening networking events or complimentary meals during the day.

VIP Event Pass (€600): Our most comprehensive pass. It includes:

  • Post-event access to all recorded content

How and When Can I Collect My Badge?

Early Badge Collection (Recommended): To avoid queues, collect your badge at Humberto Delgado Airport from Sunday, September 14. Here’s how to do it:

  • Sunday, September 14 – Once you arrive, head straight to badge collection before even leaving the airport. After exiting the Arrivals gate, turn right and follow the event signs to pick up your name badge. Open 09:00-23:00.
  • Monday, September 15 – Badge collection is available at the airport from 06:30-23:00.
  • Tuesday, September 16 – Badge collection is available at the airport from 06:30-21:00.
  • Wednesday, September 17 – Badge collection is available at the airport from 06:30-15:30.

Pre-Registration & Name Badge Collection: You can collect your badge at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa from 12:00 to 20:00 on Monday, the 15th of September.

What Do the Different Colours on Event Badges Mean?

Our badges are colour-coded to help you easily identify attendees’ COMPANY TYPES and connect with the right people.

Here’s what each colour represents:

  • purple – affiliates
  • blue – all other attendees, including suppliers, regulators, and service providers

Can I Bring a Guest or Colleague With Me?

Only registered pass holders are permitted entry to SBC Summit 2025.

If you’d like a colleague or team member to attend, you have a couple of options:

  • Purchase an additional pass through our registration page
  • Use our Group Pass Discount – buy three or more VIP Event Passes and pay just €400 per pass (a saving of €200 per ticket).

If you’re an affiliate or operator, you may be eligible for a free VIP Event Pass. Please make sure to register all colleagues at least one week before the event so we can process everything in time. You can do so by submitting a form or reaching out to your dedicated relationship manager.

What Is the Refund or Cancellation Policy?

The SBC Awards is a separately ticketed gala dinner and awards ceremony taking place on the evening of Thursday, 18 September at the MEO Arena. The event celebrates the standout achievements across the iGaming industry.

  • VIP, Premium, and Standard Tables: Each table seats 10 guests and includes a red-carpet reception, a three-course dinner, drinks (champagne on arrival, plus wine, beer, and spirits), and branded table signage. The Affiliate Leaders Summit and Payment Expert Summit are separate, dedicated events that take place during SBC Summit 2025. However, no additional registration is required. Your SBC Summit pass gives you access to both summits, and vice versa.

The SBC Summit 2025 floor plan is available through multiple channels to help you plan your visit and navigate the venue with ease:

Each food zone includes a dedicated networking area, so you can enjoy great food while meeting new people, catching up with colleagues, or holding informal meetings in a relaxed, social setting.

To streamline the experience, VIP Event Pass holders (including complimentary VIP passes for operators and affiliates) will receive pre-loaded wristbands at registration. These include €30 per day to spend at any of the food zones. This makes meals fast, seamless, and cash-free.

All other attendees can also purchase food on-site using card payments at any of the festival zones.

Is There a Cloakroom?

Yes, the cloakroom is located in the Media Centre, next to Pavilion 1. 

Attendees are welcome to leave jackets and bags. No pre-booking is required.

Please note: the cloakroom will close 30 minutes after the event ends. Any uncollected items will be handed over to security and be treated as lost property.
