Tell us about the loss limit PAF is introducing. What do you hope it will achieve?
For the Paf loss limit, it’s a way for us as a gaming operator to ensure that our players don’t lose too much money, basically. It’s not really the only thing in our responsible gaming strategy because we have a lot of other preventative measures but it’s really a final way to ensure that the players are not losing too much, basically.
Do you think the industry does enough to address problem gambling?
I think that the industry is doing a lot of things, a lot of initiatives are taken but if we’re ready? No, I don’t think. I think there is still a lot to do.
What else needs to be done?
Well, let’s see. I think that we haven’t really found out all the things yet but basically, I think it’s a lot about cooperation, a lot about seeing how we can help and ensure the customer protection, basically and how to protect them.
